I ordered some goodies

Rear discs and pads, forge actuator, r-spec solenoid and walbro fuel pump.

got the discs and pads on right away

and a new decat pipe as the old one was a bit rusty and had started leaking on one of the joins, I think, because the mating flanges were a bit thin so had gone out of shape.
