Yes I’ve been here before but the fancy carbon ITG air box and filter I fitted really stifled the great sound I know a Rover K series is capable of. So it had to go for a redesign of the induction and ITG air filter setup.

I started with some plastic gutter downpipe and some silcone hoses I had as a quick, cheap test and sure enough it sounded great. So I got some aluminium pipe and some new silicone hose and it was done in no time and sounding soooooo much better!

The new arrangement places the filter right behind the air scoop on the side of the car.

Experimental setup done and proved to be good so on to the finished thing.

Done, now it sounds like it’s supposed to. 🙂
