After placing the intercooler and rad in and measuring up I sorted some spacers for the rad and mounts for the intercooler.

and made a bracket to hold the left hand side of the intercooler where there is an existing threaded mount.

How they will both fit.  Top rad spacers not fitted yet.

The 2.5 inch hoses just fit over the rad nicely with room for the bonnet to shut without having to cut any panels.
