Jem and I wanted to do a trip around Cornwall and thought the Mazda would be perfect for that so we booked a trip staying in various different places for a few nights at the beginning of October. Unfortunately we had to postpone the trip and ended up doing it in December. Maybe not the best time of year but it turned out really good as everywhere we visited was deserted so we didn’t have to suffer other people everywhere. We don’t like other people!
The roads were mostly pretty quiet too which made the driving so much more fun.
Some of the pics of the trip…
lay-by lunch stop on the drive down
Driver change
Stonehenge on the horizon
At The Lost Gardens of Heligan

Melon yard. Not as fun as it sounds

Lands End. Late in the day so we had the place to ourselves.

Gotta find a beach, even in December

We finished up doing 900 miles in 5 days and the Mazda got some abuse but it was totally faultless the whole time. Such a great little car.
