The Elise is a summer use car and just occassionally in the UK the sun comes out in the summer. What the Elise lacks is some sun visors. So an option is a sunstrip and I quite like the sort of race look of them so gave one a go.

Proper clean of the screen first.

Eye up where it’ll go.

Set out some masking tape to line up the lower edge to.

Find and mark the centre of the sunstrip…..

…..and the windscreen.

Apply. I decided to apply it dry. Not sure if this was the best idea or not. Often a mix of some water and maybe car wash spayed on is helpful but I’ve also found doing that to be a pain in the past. Who knows what the best way is???

Getting it fully pushed up into the edges.

Trimming the excess off carefully.

All done. Pretty happy with it.
